A study visit in Struga brought together youth workers and international exchange coordinators from 20 countries. Participants visited Macedonian organisations and explored cooperation around volunteering and employability for young people with fewer opportunities, particularly those in rural and marginalised communities.
Held from 3 to 11 February 2014, the visit provided a setting for new partnerships and youth project development. Participating organisations worked under Youth in Action or were interested in joining the programme. The exchange focused on sharing youth work practices and exploring ideas for future cooperation across European and South-East European communities.
